At HM Carpet House, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchanges and refunds under the following conditions:
Exchange Policy
- Customers can exchange carpets within 7 days from the date of collection or home delivery.
- The carpet(s) must be unused and in the same condition as purchased.
- To request an exchange, visit our showroom or email us at info@hmcarpethouse.com with your invoice number and details of the item you wish to exchange.
- Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email to proceed with the exchange.
- If returning the item via a courier service, insurance must be arranged to cover the item completely.
Refund Policy
- Customers can request a refund within 7 days from the date of collection or home delivery.
- The carpet(s) must be unused and in the same condition as purchased.
- Refunds will be processed based on the original payment method:
- Cash payments: Refunded in cash.
- Card payments: The amount will be credited back to the original card within 7 to 14 days (processing time depends on the card issuer).
- If returning the item via a courier service, the customer is responsible for all shipping, customs, and insurance costs.
